Learn to litigate on behalf of low-wage workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Rhode Island Minimum Wage Act.

  • Get to know well-respected local and out-of-state practitioners.
  • Meet community members directly affected by wage theft and local organizations advocating for workplace justice.
  • Classes cover client interviewing, issue analysis, complaint drafting, discovery and mediation/negotiation.
  • The program concludes with a courtroom demonstration by distinguished practicing attorneys and a Rhode Island Superior Court Justice.
